My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious, clean, and inviting, but I had to wait for it to be ready even though I arrived early. The high-pressure sodium light was a bit bothersome, and the room felt warmer in the evening. However, the service was understanding and efficient, which compensated for the ongoing renovation. The location at the Old Mill District was fantastic, offering great dining options and beautiful river views. The dining experience was not complimentary, even after paying a high rate, but the food variety was excellent.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Mill District and Downtown, offering easy access to restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-lit, although obstructed views and excessive lighting were drawbacks. The service was exceptional, with staff being friendly and accommodating. The dining experience provided good value, but complimentary breakfast after a high nightly rate did enhance the stay. Overall, a great spot to explore Bend with some minor room and lighting issues.

The hotel had a nice location downtown next to the Mill shopping center and the Deschutes river. The rooms, unfortunately, fell short with a pullout queen bed, an unappealing view of the roof and walls, and no jacuzzi tubs which could have enhanced the visit.
The hotel room was spacious but felt a bit empty due to missing furniture. Unfortunately, there was a loud humming noise at intervals throughout the night, making the stay less comfortable. The view from the room was disappointing, overlooking the roof and unappealing walls.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were large and very nicely furnished, providing a comfortable stay. However, the view from my second-floor room was lacking. The service was a mix - generally nice and efficient, but there were some issues during my stay. The location was superb, offering immediate access to the Old Mill Area with plenty of dining and shopping options. The dining experience, however, left something to be desired. Facilities were adequate.
